1. Who We Are
Arcis AI is a trading signal information service operated by AlgoVaults. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website, application, and services ("the Service").
2. Data We Collect
We collect the following data when you use Arcis AI:
- Account data: Name, email address, and plan tier when you create an account or sign up via Whop.
- Usage data: Which features you use, scan frequency, signals viewed. Used to improve the service.
- Preferences: Trading style, account size, alert settings — stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not store these on our servers.
- Telegram: Your Telegram user ID when you link your account via @ArcisAIBot. This is used only to deliver signal alerts to you.
- WhatsApp: Your WhatsApp number (Elite plan) used only to deliver signal alerts.
- License key: Used to verify your subscription status with Whop.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics. We use this to monitor service performance.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Service — delivering signals, alerts, and analysis
- To verify your subscription status and plan tier
- To send Telegram and WhatsApp signal alerts (only if you opt in)
- To respond to support enquiries
- To improve and maintain the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage
Most user preferences (trading style, pairs, quality filters, account size) are stored in your browser's localStorage only — they never leave your device. Account data (email, tier, Telegram ID) is stored on our secure Railway backend server. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
5. Third Parties
We share data with the following third parties as necessary to provide the Service:
- Whop — subscription and payment management. Your billing data is held by Whop, not us.
- Railway — our backend server hosting. Data processed in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Groq — AI analysis processing. Prompts are sent to Groq to generate trade analysis. No personal data is included in these prompts.
- OANDA — market price data. No personal data is shared with OANDA.
- Finnhub / ForexLive / FXStreet / CFTC / Myfxbook — market data and news. No personal data is shared with these providers.
- Telegram — for delivering signal alerts if you opt in.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent for Telegram or WhatsApp alerts at any time
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (session management). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
