1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcis AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arcis AI provides algorithmic trade signal information, AI-powered technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and market data for educational purposes. The Service is provided by AlgoVaults. We are not a regulated financial services provider. See our full Risk Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Arcis AI, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage with financial information services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are managed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service.
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
  • 7-day free trials are available on paid plans. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refunds are at our discretion, except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share your account or signals with others
  • Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service by automated means
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Service
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
  • Share your license key or account credentials with any third party

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and materials on Arcis AI are the intellectual property of AlgoVaults. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our full disclaimers and limitation of liability are set out in our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to AlgoVaults' place of business.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
